Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped once your cheque or credit transaction has been received and processed.
If paying by money order, your order will be shipped when we receive the money order.
If there are any problems in processing your payment or becasue of inventory bacjorders, we will notify you.
Shipping within Canada
All Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post. You may select the level of Service (Speed of Delivery) from Canada Post during checkout. The system will display shipping costs and estimated delivery date as part of the checkout process. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming your package was sent.
* Note: estimated delivery dates are just that, estimates. We cannot guarantee an exact date because most of the shipping process is out of our direct control.
International Shipping
You may choose between various Canada Post global shipping options. The system will display shipping costs and estimated delivery date for your country as part of the checkout process.
Canada Post does not offer service in every country, although they cover most.
Customs and Duties and Taxes vary between different countries. Many do not charge duties for shipments from Canada. However, any and all Customs Duties and Taxes that are levied will be the responsibility of the customer. The declared value of our shipments reflects the products only, shipping costs are not included.

Return & Exchange Policy
We continuously strive to offer the highest quality products and service. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product or there is a mistake in your order, please e-mail us (click to email us) or phone us at 519-571-9559 within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will issue you an RA number , reimburse you for the return shipping costs and send you a replacement of the product once the item has been received and confirmed to be defective.
The Return Authorization (RA)number must be written on the outside of the packaging.
No restocking fee will be applied.
To Exchange an Item:
You can exchange a product within 15 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging, and is in unused condition, for another product of equal value. E-mail us (click to email us) or phone 519-571-9559 for a Return Authorization number, which must be written on the outside of the package.
You must arrange for the shipment of the product back to us at your own cost, and will be charged shipping on the replacement item.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
To Obtain a Refund:
You can return a product within 15 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and is in unused condition. E-mail us at service@toysenseplus.com or phone us at 519-571-9559 for a Return Authorization number.
A restocking fee of 15% of its cost will be charged and you must arrange for shipment of the product back to us at your own cost. A refund will be applied once the item has been received by us and is determined to be in new condition.
The RA number must be written on the outside of the package. |
